Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I attend an Elite Softball Showcases Games Camp?

Elite Softball Showcases games camps place players in front of college coaches to show their skills, be evaluated, and receive top level competitive coaching during 3 live games in 2 days.

  • Elite Softball Showcases games camps have 8 to 16 top Divisions I, II, III and NAIA and Junior/Community colleges in attendance.  Not every player will play at the highest level, so we ensure all collegiate levels of softball are represented.
  • All coaches are in attendance for the entire camp, either on the field or in the dugout with the players.
  • Our camp is held on one field, meaning there is only one game at a time.  This ensures players maximum exposure to the large number of coaches in attendance.
  • With 8 to 16 top Division I, II, III and NAIA and Junior/Community college coaches and schools in attendance, your odds of playing college softball drastically increase.
  • All college coaches will be actively providing the evaluations, workouts, drills, instructional work, and coaching for the entire games camp.
  • There are NO other opportunities to have 8 to 16 Divisions I, II, III and NAIA and Junior/Community colleges watch and instruct you as you play 3 live games for 2 days in one location, with college coaches on the field with the players instead of in the stands.

What is the refund policy if we can't attend a showcase that we have already signed up for?

It is Elite Softball Showcases policy to only offer a camp credit for all registration fees paid, including pay in full or save your spot deposit.  We do not offer refunds.

What is the registration deadline?

There is no set deadline date.  We keep our showcases small ensuring maximum exposure for our players.  Players are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  When positions are full, a waiting list for that position is started.

Does Elite Softball Showcases provide a written evaluation at the conclusion of the camp that players can take with them?

Each college coach in attendance will evaluate each and every player at the showcase.  The evaluation will be emailed to the address provided on the registration form within 7-10 days following the showcase.

Are the listed schools/coaches for each Showcase guaranteed to be in attendance for the entire games camp?

Elite Softball Showcases hires coaches from top Division I, II, III and NAIA and Junior/Community College programs in the nation to provide instruction and evaluation.  All listed schools enter into an agreement with Elite Softball Showcases and are guaranteed to be in attendance the entire showcase camp.  Exceptions can occur and issues may arise that would cause the coach to not be in attendance.   In this instance, every opportunity is made to ensure a replacement from the represented school is in attendance.

Is the registration and seminar on Friday night mandatory?

Although not mandatory, the registration and seminar are highly recommended.  The seminar covers what will take place and is expected from players over the next 2 days, as well as topics you and your player will need to know in regards to college sports and academics.

Why are you keeping a certain player up to bat after she struck out or walked?

If a player has paid for video analysis, we may choose to keep her up to bat until she gets a solid hit.  Our games camps are not competitive, and in no way puts this player at an advantage over anyone else.  Video analysis is a service we provide at an additional cost, and we must ensure a hit is recorded for said service.
